While attending live sessions is highly recommended for personalized coaching and real-time feedback, all sessions will be recorded. You’ll have access to the recordings and can catch up at your own pace.
Yes! On The Wings of Breath covers Levels 1 to 3 of the Transformational Breath® training, which are prerequisites for the Facilitator Training (Levels 4A & 4B) & Certification.
To count this course toward certification, you must attend at least 80% of the live sessions. If you miss more than 20%, you’ll need to attend those sessions in the next course cycle (Fall 2025) before moving forward in the certification path. This course focuses on personal transformation and self-facilitation, providing a strong foundation before advancing to professional facilitator training.
